One can go inside sit and mediate. Please do not take small children to the temple. Inchrge/ volunteers do not tolerate any type of noise. If the incharge or volunteers catch u making any sound you will be asked to leave the premises.
Nice temple in the town of Osian. Located about 1 1/2 drive from Jodhpur this is the location for the camel rides – the temples are a bonus and are otherwise not worth the journey but nice to see if you are in town.
I have visited this place for attending prasadi’s of dal bati churma. You will always find people visiting this place in large numbers to seek religious pleasure & attain calmness. I agree to others that this place is actually divine & gives you a sense of calmness in its own way. You feel happy & relaxed after visiting this place.
One has to climb many stairs to reach main deity but its worth coz of beautiful sculpture. its enroute jodhpur – jaisalmer
Do go during the evening, as in very hot in summer. There’s also a fountain show as soon as the sun sets. It’s amazing and do not miss it (if you understand Hindi). Make sure you dress modestly and footwear and mobiles are not allowed inside.
