Meals eaten from other place apart from the hotels will not be paid by the tour.
Laundry, Ironing, and other personal requirements are from individual’s budget.
If any vehicles are hired other than provided one, then it will be cost individually.
Unfortunately, if petrol, diesel price rises than the students will take up the additional cost as well.
Room appliances if used additionally, then the extra cost is expected to pay by the respective students.
Students should meet at Jodhpur railway station and afterwards shall be deported to Jaisalmer. Once reached, hotel would be allotted and then later evening would be packed for sightseeing and enjoying Camel safari with a midst of rajasthani folk songs and dance. The night would be spent beautifully at the hotel as well.
The day will begin after an amazing breakfast served by the hotel itself. Numerous important architectural, as well as royal places such as Prachina Museum, Anup Mahal, Sadul Museum, Patwon-ki- Haveli, Gadishar Lake, would be viewed. The day will end at Jaisalmer.
Day 3Jaisalmer To Jodhpur
Students will be conveyed to Jodhpur after breakfast. Once landed, everyone would march out to glance the marble cenotaph. Students can know more on Maharaja Jaswant Singh II as well. Other public gardens shall be visited. The day would end in Jodhpur itself.
Breakfast will be followed by a visit to the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill. Inside the fort, you can see the Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. After completing Day 4, the night will be spent at Jodhpur.
A delicious breakfast will be served to start Day 5 after which everyone will be transported to Jaipur where you can check in to your room and rest. After resting well you can choose to visit the Laxminarayan Temple (Birla Mandir) and Chokhi Dhani – An Ethnic Village Resort. This tour however is not compulsory. The night will be spent at Jaipur.
Day 6 is packed with sightseeing in Jaipur. After enjoying a lovely breakfast the sightseeing begins with Amber Fort & Palace, “Gaitore” Cenetophs (Front View), take a photo at Jal Mahal, City Palace & Museum, Jantar Mantar (Observatory),& stop at Hawa Mahal for a photo session. The night will be spent at Jaipur.
The final day will begin with the final breakfast of the tour after which you can check out from the hotel. Transfer to Jaipur Railway Station will be provided from where you can proceed to your awaiting journey.
In Jodhpur, Jain Excellency will be allotted.
In Jaisalmer, students will take up Hotel Golden City.
While in Jaipur, Hotel Ruby will provide the support.
The amount for the transit should be paid fully with no instalments. Amount once paid will be non-refundable.
As soon as the tickets are booked, students need to pay 50% of the total given cost.
The other 50% needs to be paid one month before the travel takes place.

Prices for Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, and Transfers may change without prior notice unless your booking has been confirmed.
Any changes such as dates or number of people will result in a new quotation that will have to be approved to confirm your booking.
5% Service Tax will apply on the final Invoice (Subject to Payment Made in India). Extra charges may be charged if payment is done in a foreign currency.
This quotation does not include any type of surcharge but it can be applied during the given travel period.
Quotations can change depending of the exchange rate of the currency during the confirmation and booking process.
No refund will be given for services that are unused.

30 - 20 Days: 30% Of the Total amount
20 – 15 Days: 50% Of the Total amount
15 – 07 Days: 75% cancellation charge will apply
07 – 00 Days: 100% cancellation charge will apply
No refund will be given either partially or 100% even if services in the package have not been utilised.
In a valid case or situation, refund shall be claimed within forty-five working days.
Cancellation of confirmed tickets from your end will result in an extra charge. The charges are as follows. 300 rupees per seat for railway tickets and 350 rupees per seat for airline tickets.
