I loved the morning sessions I took part in here, such a good way to start the day. Swaniji is a great teacher, very inspiring and encouraging.
I had never taken part in a mediatation practice, only ever on my own. The things I’ve learnt here are invaluable, simple reasons as to why we use particular techniques and the benifits of different asanas. The whole class flows easily with meditation, mantras and different asanas used each morning I went. Only wish I could come back to learn and practise more.
I planed my meditation tour by Trippy Holidays & it was Excellent. information in a very friendly environment. The information booths were well staffed with useful information, flyers and books.
I highly reccommend this centre, great foundation to start my journey on meditation and yoga. Only a 5 minute walk from the centre of the town. I did the 3 day session and was very happy with everything. I will be back.
I went with a couple of friends for an afternoon yoga session and found is great. A good mix of the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga. Would recommend.
I was only in Pushkar for a few days but was really happy to meet Swamiji. I had a daily yoga lesson with him in the meditation/yoga room.
The lessons will stay with me for a long time. He was a very genuine and kind man, with real insights into what this middle aged moderately experienced yoga practitioner needed.
